Some of you already know that I volunteer at the the Cleveland International Film Festival , which kicked off its 34th season last night with a grand opening party. This year, the CIFF is presenting 300+ films from over 80 countries. With over 66,000 admissions last year, and more expected this year, the CIFF is becoming a major film festival. If you haven’t made it downtown to catch a movie, now is the time. Filmmakers from all over the world are roaming the halls of Tower City, and there are hundreds of CIFF staffers and volunteers there to help you find your way around.
Be sure to check out super hot filmmaker Wendy Jo Carlton’s movie, Hannah Free. It’s screening tonight at 7:25 p.m. and Sunday at 11:40 a.m.
I won’t be posting anything next week because I’ll be working at the CIFF, but stay tuned the following week for highlights from recent boudoir and maternity shoots.
