One of my favorite parts about being a wedding photographer is hearing how people met, the proposal stories, the falling-love-stories. I’m a romantic at heart; plus, the more I know about my clients, the better I can photograph them. So I was delighted when I found out Jen and David met on an airplane. I don’t know if they fell in love on that plane, but I do know it all started with a chance meeting on a plane. I know–it sounds like a movie, doesn’t it? Except this isn’t Hollywood. It’s real people, and this is their real wedding.
They married at St. John Vianny, and David’s face was priceless when Jen walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, we went to Severance Hall for some photos, then over to the lagoon in front of the Cleveland Museum of Art. We finally ended up at the exquisitely renovated Tudor Arms Hotel. The Tudor Arms Hotel is a lovely historic building with lots of little details that make it a charming, unique venue; but of course my favorite detail is the floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful light in there.
Here is a peek at Jen and David’s beautiful day…
Congratulations, David and Jen 🙂
