I remember walking into Frank and Amber’s house five years ago on their wedding day. I followed the sounds of talking and giggles up the stairs. I reached the top, and Amber walked out of her room and gave me a big hug. I knew then, it was going to be a good day. Because all I really need to get beautiful photos, is for my clients to let me into their world for a little while. And Frank and Amber did just that. It was a beautiful day, full of love and happiness–and a very windy portrait session on the beach where I had to persuade Amber to venture onto the sand in her wedding dress.
So when Frank asked if I wanted to do a portrait session to celebrate their anniversary, I had to think about it for about 1.5 seconds before I said YES!
We returned to Lake Erie. A different beach this time, but the same love and happiness that had suffused that day.
