One of the best things about being a professional wedding photographer is when past clients call me for newborn and children’s portraits. After witnessing and documenting one of the most special days of their lives, many clients turn into friends. I’m always happy to see them again, and I love seeing their love grow in the form of children. So of course, I was thrilled when Meagan and Alex texted me photos of their newborn baby, Otto; and I happily visited them at their summer cabin for some photos to celebrate Otto’s first birthday, and the impending arrival of their second baby.
